Tashlin selected to represent USSA Badminton in Spain!

A huge congratulations to Tashlin Hamid who has been selected to represent USSA Badminton at the World Student Badminton Championships to be held in Spain from 24-29 July 2014. This is a remarkable achievement and is a testament to Tashlin's dedication to his game.

The future of SGBA badminton is looking good with young stars like this coming up through the ranks. The Junior structure has been intimately involved with the development of our emerging players such as Prakash and Tashlin. As the president of our association, I thank them for planting the seeds of a bright future for badminton in Southerns.

Annual registration

Please note that all players need to register every year, not just once. The registration process is as follows:

  • Player registers with club
  • Club registers all players with province
  • Province registers all players with BSA

If a player wants to enter a Cat 1 or other Open tournament, they must register before they are allowed to play. If you have not registered, you will not be allowed to play and your entry fee with be forfeit. Please help us with this by registering as early as possible.
